If he destroys Outland, big deal. There's only a few fragments of it left, and I'm sure everyone there can relocate back to Azeroth.

The thing is, I doubt he's planning to warn everyone left on Outland that this is going to happen. And there are still large, thriving communities there. (Netherstorm, you might remember, was the location of one of them before Kael decided to fire the Mana Forges up to overdrive)
