Anybody with a model viewer can view these models. The Archimonde model is real; in fact, you can see him in screenshots from Hyjal.

The Kil'jaeden model is the same one used for several other Eredar in Outland, like the guy in Hellfire. I hope they do something a bit more interesting with him.

The Sargeras model is definitely a placeholder, if it's real. That's just Kazzak on a huge scale. Remember that Sargeras is a Titan, even if he's changed a lot. He probably wouldn't have hooves.
