I have seen Cairne launch someone off Thunder Bluff into the plains. It really is a heartwarming sight watching Night Elf hurtle to his doom.

Unfortunately, Blizzard doesn't seem to care that his special abilities are the most easily exploitable of all the faction bosses. It has been this way for almost 3 years now.
