Wrong. Zul'Gurub was the capital of the Gurubashi Empire, not built by the priests. As for the Temple, the exiled priests of Hakkar built it in the Swamp of Sorrows as an attempt of summoning the blood god, but they discovered that Hakkar could only be summoned in the capital.
