Errr, hate to burst your bubble, Liz, but "Zul" is Zandalari (or 'Trollish') for "City". His name quite literally means "City-Leader".

The rest was good, though. It is possible, however (given his name) that the "Zul'jin" in Zul'Aman isn't the Zul'jin we know and love. When Blizzard said "Zul'jin" they may have meant that as a title.
