I know i'm not alone in thinking that the lore around Illidan, especially in WoW:TBC, is weak and contrived. Why is everyone being such an ass to him? It sounds like everything he has done has been to benefit the night elves (against their own wishes, sometimes), so i don't see the point in these people continuing to chase him. Then you get to TBC and we're supposed to go kill him for no reason. Thanks, writers.
