Isn't Thrall technically a Far Seer (hero class)? Plus, he's also the Warchief so that probably grants him other classless perks.

@1 Also, perhaps the green skin was always around but just less prevalent? Perhaps the orcs' skin pigmentation is based not solely on their pigment but also a chromosome factor? In this case, perhaps both of his parents passed on the recessive 'green skin' chromosome?
