I usually love KYL, because I am very much a loregeek, but choosing this guy to do it was a hell of a mistake. Perhaps it's not the best idea to let a Horde kiddie write an entire article on a piece of Alliance lore? The snippy, petty, insipid little asides are more worthy of middle-school slambooks than a genuine piece of authorship.
Send him back to writing appropriately bitchy PvP articles, or whatever the hell he does around here, and give it back to Elizabeth, who at least just told the story and didn't try to be "cute". I don't even care if it only comes monthly - she did a wonderful, interesting job.

Incidentally, I absolutely love this storyline on both Horde and Alliance sides, so seeing it recapped this badly is almost as infuriating as Blizzard leaving it unfinished to begin with.

Are you new around here?
All the Know Your Lore articles are written with the same tone as this one.
It's called humor.

LOL
The summation was pretty much dead on though.
"Night Elves did something stupid again. World-ending artifact is probably laying in a ditch somewhere."
Don't believe it?
The Legion first came in because of? Night Elf queen.
Ruler of the outlands? Night elf mad because he was banished.
I'd start adding different stuff about how the Emerald Dream has been entrusted to the Elves and it is completely wonky and getting worse or one of the many other things they've screwed up but why bother?
By the way, go back and re-read the Thrall KYL piece.
"Drek told him the Horde was full on DPS Warriors and he should re-roll Shaman..."
They mock both sides, trust me.
