They may be evil at one point, but a common goal would probably relieve that for a short point in time. Thinking the Nerubians are as smart as they are, our war on Northrend and Arthas, we are not here to take the land, we're here to remove a threat. I assume the Nerubians would see that, aid us in the fight, for revenge and to retake their land, and probably give rest to their dead (If they mummify, I"m sure they have a large respect for their dead, even commoners). So there would be no reason for them to attack us, unless they were just plain crazy and evil and didn't care.
But I'm sure everyone is a little sick of Blizzard's "They're crazy, kill them" tactic approach.

The Forsaken are pretty dark, too, with the New Plague and extremely conditional loyalty to the Horde. The only over-arching theme that World of Warcraft has other than corruption is circumstance dictating strange alliances.
