Tirion Fordling has a long chain of quests starting in Eastern Plaguelands. Pretty much the second you enter Eastern Plaguelands from Western, hang a left and follow the river until you reach his hut and his horse. Thar he be. I loved that chain back in the day, and it lead to an excellent, if now outdated by TBC reward.
