"chooses its own master, and it chose the hero that reclaimed it"And I just can't help but think that a one of a kind weapon will suddenly be found in hundreds of people's hands... (Even if it's a rare drop, it's bound to fall more than once...)

The same applies to every other lore-filled blade in the game (Gorehowl drops in Kara right?).On another note, what dragon is that at QD's rest? The one pinned under the blade?

@ClydI'm going to guess Sindragosa, since that spot is very near Sindragosa's Fall.

@TethraIt's not Sindragosa. She is a boss in ICC. (watch the wotlk opening cinematic, its cool. you can see it from the login screen.)@ClydIts probably just some random dragon that happened to die near where Sindragosa was raised.

It's not a rare drop, it's from a questline that is outlined in the article. All the stuff about going into the 5-man ICC dungeons and the Sunwell? YOU actually do that, to restore the blade yourself.

@NannyAnd said quest line is started from a rare zone drop epic quest-starter item called the [Broken Hilt] in the Frozen Halls 5-mans.:P
