Best place to start is just with the First War.

Read the first war, then the second and third, find out EVERYTHING you can about them. Then before anything else go back and learn about the sundering so you can understand how everything started. Then, if you haven't yet, read the 6 page summary of the lore on worldofwarcraft.com.

After that you basically have started and you can go in any direction you want, once you know everything, (and you are able to read every single thing in the next few hours) be like a bunch of other people and jump with joy when Stormrage comes out and the lore continues AFTER Wrath of the Lich King!
