So were all the eggs used Netherwing eggs to create the twilight dragons? Or were other flights eggs used?

I should point out I think it is silly, when Deathwing wants more than anything else in the world to have dragons eggs to let his only surviving consort die. I know wow villain = crazy but seems silly all the same. On the other hand maybe there is some rule about not using black dragon eggs for these kinds of experiments. None the less the issue is unclear.
