I saw some mistakes in these comments, so I'm gonna offer a little glossary.

Loken is a WATCHER, not a Titan, he was created by the titans to watch over the prison of Yogg-Saron, just like Thorim, Hodir, Freya and Mimiron.

Ionar is a Titan, and is the wife/mate/consort to Golganeth, Sargeras's brother and leader of the pantheon. She safegaurds the powers of nature, and she created Freya (if your fighting Yogg-Saron with Freya up, she mentions Ionar as being her mistress.

The Curse of Flesh is a "plague" that the old gods unleashed on Azeroth to turn all it's inhabitants into weaker, fleshy beings. The races of Azeroth were all originally made of metal and stone (such as mecha-gnomes and earthen)

Anyway, I'm hoping we get lots of juicy, creamy lore on the elemental lords and more importantly the old gods in Cataclysm. I also hope to see another old god show up. Example: Zyju'nar, the old god of anger, who is imprisoned deep under Grim Batol and has secretly been corrupting Deathwing the whole time and getting him to play his part in Zyju'nar's escape.

Eonar is a titan; Ionar is the lightning revenant boss in the Halls of Lightning.

While Gearmaster Mechazod tells all races that they are titanic creations suffering from the curse of flesh, he's kinda crazy and may not be the most reliable of observers. We know that dwarves, gnomes, and humans were created by the titans; we don't even know if the titans ever visited Argus or Draenor, and even if they did there may not be any Old Gods there to curse anyone. Trolls, elves, and tauren, while native to Azeroth (we think) are not known to be otherwise related to the titans.

We know from HoS and Ulduman that dwarves are descendant of Earthen that resulted from "matrix destabilization" which is presumably the curse of flesh. Humans appear to be descended from Vrykul in the same way.

The titan created races are mechagnomes, earthen and vrykul, races with strong connections to earth and metal. Dwarves, gnomes and humans are corrupted versions of those three races, not direct creations of the titans.
