Yes, there is. They were originally hostile to the Horde until Rexxar challenged their leader and defeated him, becoming head of the ogres. One of the more interesting facets of ogre society is their tendency to follow the strongest, as seen in Dire Maul (if you kill king Gordok you become King of the Ogres) and the Blade's Edge Ogri'la quests.
