Well I've been posting around the site trying to get someone to think of a reasonable response to this and I'm sorry this has got 0 to do with the Aqir though I do enjoy their lore. Someone justify to me night-elf mages... "Before that, they were night elves that had been exiled from Kalimdor for using arcane magic, an act that had been forbidden by the druids of the kaldorei and punishable by death" Cause that's a statement from a previous KYL post about how night-elves feel about arcane magics...And that leadership is still around today who passed that decree in the first palce...So someone pretty please explain how they are working around that to allow night-elves to have mages, I mean wouldn't that just make them blood-elves in disguise?

The answer is Eldre'Thalas - or if you rather like the other name, Dire Maul. There were night elf mages hiding, but they have come out and returned to Darnassus.
